का.आ. 1449(अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार होम्योपैथी केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् से परामर्श कर लेने के पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
दूसरी अनुसूची में,
(क) " तमिलनाडु " शीर्ष के अधीन क्रम संख्यांक 13-1 के सामने, स्तंभ-1 में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"तमिलनाडु, डा. एम.जी.आर. मेडिकल यूनिवर्सिटी, चेन्नई, "
(ख ) " बिहार शीर्ष के अधीन , " " बाबा साहेब भीमराव अम्बेडकर, बिहार विश्वविद्यालय, मुजफ्फरपुर, " से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 4ख के सामने, स्तंभ 1 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि 2 , 3 और 4 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित , प्रविष्टियां अंतः स्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

(ग ) " महाराष्ट्र" शीर्षक के अधीन;
(i ) " पुणे विश्वविद्यालय " से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 12 ख के सामने, स्तंभ 1 में, " बैचलर ऑफ होम्योपैथिक मेडिसिन एंड सर्जरी ( ग्रेडेड डिग्री ) " के सामने स्तंभ 2 में, स्तंभ 4 की विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
केवल 2003 तक;
(घ) ( ii ) " स्वामी रामानन्द तीरथ मराठावाड़ा विश्वविद्यालय , नांदेड़ " से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 12 ढ के पश्चात् स्तंभ 1 में तथा स्तंभ 2, 3 और 4 में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम एवं प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

तारा दत्त, संयुक्त सचिव पादटिप्पण:- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड-1, में संख्या 76 , तारीख 20 दिसम्बर, 1973 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसमें अंतिम संशोधन का.आ.सं. 843 (अ ) , तारीख 23 जुलाई, 2003 के द्वारा किया गया।

New Delhi , the 20th December , 2003
S.O. 1449 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central CouncilAct, 1973 (59 of 1973 ), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy , hereby makes the following farther amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act , namely:
In the said Second Schedule ,
(a) under the heading " TAMILNADU " , against serial number 13-1 , for the existing entry in column 1, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- "Tamil Nadu, Dr. M G.R. Medical University, Chennai " ;
(b) under the heading " BIHAR " , against serial number 4B relating to " Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur" in column 1 , after the existing entries in columns 2,3 and 4 , the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-
