सा.का.नि. 960(अ ) .- केन्द्र सरकार, स्वापक औषधि और मनः प्रभावी पदार्थ अवैध व्यापार निवारण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 46) की धारा १ के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 838 (अ ) तारीख 8 नवम्बर, 2001 को उन बातों के सिवाए अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , एक सलाहकार बोर्ड एक वर्ष के लिए गठन करती है , जिसमें निम्नलिखित शामिल होंगे :-

G.S.R. 960(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988 ) , and in supersession of the Notification of the 3787 GI/2003

[PART II-SEC . 3(1) ] Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department ofRevenue) G.S.R. 838 (E) dated 8th November, 2001 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of :
(1) Hon'ble Mr. Justice B.A. Khan

(2) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mukul Mudgal
Member.
(3) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul
2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect .
