सा.का.नि. 961 ( अ).- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियमावली, 2002 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 14/2002- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क (गै. टै . ) , दिनांक 8 मार्च , 2002 में निम्नलिखित आगे और संशोधन करती है नामतः- उक्त अधिसूचना में,
(i ) सारणी 1 में क्रम सं . 5 के लिए और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए , अर्थात्: -

G.S.R. 961 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -rule (2) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules , 2002 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , number 14 /2002 - Central Excise ( N.T. ) , dated the 8th March , 2002 , namely: -
In the said notification ,
