सं. 79/2003-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क
सा.का.नि. 962 (अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, अतिरिक्त उत्पाद शुल्क ( विशेष महत्व का माल ) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 58 ) की धारा 3की उपधारा ( 3 ) और अतिरिक्त उत्पाद शुल्क (टैक्सटाइल और टैक्साटाइल वस्तु) अधिनियम , 1978 ( 1978 का 40) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (3 ) के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5क की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के तदेन वित्त और कंपनी कार्य मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 56/2002 - केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 14 नवम्बर, 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के उपाबंध II में, " 2 जम्मूप्रांत " शीर्षक के अधीन, उपशीर्ष " ( I ) जिला जम्मू", शीर्षक " ( ग ) वर्तमान क्षेत्र जो डारेक्टरेट और कामर्स द्वारा चलाई जा रही है ", की सारणी के क्रम सं. 2 के सामने स्तंभ , औद्योगिक क्षेत्र का नाम, में प्रविष्टि " ईपीआईपी कारथोली बारी ब्रह्माणा " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " सिडको औद्योगिक काम्पलेक्स बारी ब्रह्माणा या ईपीआईपी कारथोली या गांव करथोली या गांव बिरपुर " प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।

G.S.R. 962 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , read with Sub -section (3 ) of Section 3 of the Additional Duties ofExcise (Goods of Special Importance)Act, 1957 (58 of 1957 ) and Sub -section (3 ) of Section 3 of the Additional Duties ofExcise (Textiles and Textile Articles) Act, 1978 (40 of 1978) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance and CompanyAffairs (Department of Revenue) No. 56/2002 -Central Excise , dated the 14th November, 2002, namely:-
Inthe said notification, in Annexure II , under heading ' 2. JAMMU PROVINCE ' , in sub-heading ' (I) DISTRICT JAMMU' , under heading ( C) Existing location run by Directorate of Industries and Commerce ' , in the Table, against S.No. 2, in column ' Name of the Industrial Area ' , for the entry " E.P.I.P. Kartholi Bari Brahamana " , the entry " SIDCO Industrial ComplexBari Brahmana or E.P.I.P. Kartholi or Village Kartholi or Village Birpur" , shall be substituted.
