का.आ. 1458 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, गर्भधारण पूर्व और प्रसव पूर्व निदान तकनीक ( लिंग चयन प्रतिषेध ) अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 8 के साथ पठित धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( परिवार कल्याण विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 85 ( अ ) तारीख 5 फरवरी, 1997 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 19 , 20 तथा 22 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:

S.O. 1458 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 read with Section 8 of the Preconception and Pre- natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department ofFamily Welfare) , No. S.O. 85 (E), dated the 5th February, 1997 , namely :-
Inthe said notification, for serial numbers 19 , 20 and 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted , namely :-
