भार्तीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा) ( संशोधन) विनियम, 2003
फा.सं. भाप्रविबो/विधि/15/2003 बोर्ड, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 30 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) विनियम, 2001 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्:-
1. इन विनियमों को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2003 कहा जा सकेगा ।
2. वे राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
3. भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) विनियम , 2001 में उसकी अनुसूची में-
i शीर्ष ' सीधी भर्तियों के लिए आयु, अर्हता एवं अनुभव ' के अधीन स्तंभ ( कॉलम ) में श्रेणी घ, ङ एवं च के पद के सम्मुख , शब्दों " विधिक धारा के लिये प्रथम वर्ग में विधि में स्नातक की उपाधि या विधि में स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि" को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा:
" विधिक धारा के लिये न्यूनतम 55 % अंकों के साथ विधि में स्नातक की उपाधि या विधि में स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि" । ii. शीर्ष ' सीधी भर्तियों के लिए आयु, अर्हता एवं अनुभव ' के अधीन स्तंभ ( कॉलम ) में श्रेणियों ' क ', ' ख', ' ग ',' घ', 'ङ' एवं ' च' , और कार्यपालक निदेशक के पदों के लिए क्रमशः 27 , 30 , 35, 40 ,43, 47 और 50 वर्षों की नियत ऊपरी आयु को 30 , 35 , 40, 45,48, 52और 55 वर्षों की ऊपरी आयु से प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (EMPLOYEES ' SERVICE)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2003
F. No. SEBI/LE/15/2003 . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 ( 15 of 1992 ) , the Board hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees Service) Regulations, 2001 , namely :-
1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees Service ) (Amendment ) Regulations , 2003 .
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
3. In Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees Service) Regulations, 2001, in the Schedule thereto- i in the column under the head 'Age , Qualifcation and Experience for Direct recruits ' against the post in Grade D, E and F , the words " first class Bachelors Degree in Law or LLM for legal Stream " shall be substituted with thefollowing:
"Bachelors Degree in Law with a minimum of 55 % marks or LLM for legal stream "
ii. in the column under the head ' Age , Qualification and Experience for Direct recruits ' , stipulated upper age of 27,30, 35 , 40, 43, 47 and 50 years for the posts in grades ' A' , 'B ' , ' C ' , ' D ' , ' E ' , ' F' and Executive Director respectively shall be substituted with the upper age of 30 , 35 , 40 , 45 , 48 , 52 and 55 years .
