सा. का. नि. 964( अ )/आ.व./चीनी. केन्द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (3 -ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, चीनी ( 1999-2000 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण ) आदेश, 1999 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश को चीनी ( 1999-2000 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण ) ( दूसरा संशोधन ) आदेश , 2003 कहा जाए । (2) ये शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. चीनी ( 1999-2000 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण ) आदेश , 1999 में,-
(i ) अनुसूची I में बिहार ( उत्तर ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 में स्तम्भ संख्या 3 में मौजूदा प्रविष्टि " 1173.08 " को प्रविष्टि " 1129.36" प्रतिस्थापित करेगी;
(ii ) अनुसूची II में बिहार ( उत्तर ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 में, स्तम्भ संख्या 3 में मौजूदा प्रविष्टि " 1171.51 " को प्रविष्टि " 1127.79" प्रतिस्थापित करेगी ।

पी. उमा शंकर, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पणी.- मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण में दिनांक 2 दिसम्बर , 1999 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 797 (अ )/आ.व./चीनी में प्रकाशित हुआ था और जिसे बाद में दिनांक 6 अप्रैल, 2000 के सा.का.नि. 315 ( अ )/आ.व./चीनी तथा दिनांक 5 फरवरी, 2003 के सा.का.नि. 85 ( अ)/आ.व./चीनी द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 24th December , 2003
G.S.R. 964 (E) / Ess . Com./Sugar. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (3C) of Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Sugar (Price Determination for 1999-2000 Production) Order, 1999, namely:-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination for 1999-2000 Production) (Second Amend- ment) Order, 2003 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Sugar (Price Determination for 1999-2000 Production) Order, 1999,-
(1) inSchedule I against serial number 3 , relating to Bihar (North) in column No. 3 , for the existing entry, " 1173.08 " , the entry " 1129.36 " shallbe substituted;
(ii) inSchedule II , against serial number 3 relating to Bihar (North) in column No. 3 , for the existing entry, " 1171.51 " the entry, " 1127.79 " shall be substituted.

Note : The Principal Order was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide notification No. G.S.R. 797 (E) / Ess . Com./Sugar dated the 2nd December, 1999 and subsequently amended vide G.S.R. 315 (E)/Ess . Com./Sugar dated the 6th April , 2000 and G.S.R. 85 (E )/Ess . Com./Sugar dated the 5th February, 2003.
