आदेश
नई दिल्ली , 24 दिसम्बर , 2003
सा.का.नि. 967 ( अ)/आ.व. चीनी. केन्द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तुअधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 की उप धारा ( 3 ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, चीनी ( 2002- 2003 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण ) आदेश , 2003 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश को चीनी ( 2002-2003 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण ) ( दूसरा संशोधन ) आदेश, 2003 कहा जाए । (2 ) यह शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगा । 2. चीनी (2002-2003 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण ) आदेश , 2003में,-
( i) अनुसूची I में बिहार ( उत्तर ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 में, स्तंभ संख्या 3 में मौजूदा प्रविष्टि " 1219.24 " को प्रविष्टि " 1326.78 " प्रतिस्थापित करेगी;
( ii ) अनुसूची II में बिहार ( उत्तर ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 में, स्तंभ संख्या 3 में मौजूदा प्रविष्टि " 1217.67 " को प्रविष्टि " 1325.21 " प्रतिस्थापित करेगी ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 24th December, 2003 G.S.R. 967 (E) /Ess. Com./Sugar.-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub -section ( 3C) of Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Governmenthereby makes the following Order furtherto amend the Sugar (Price Determination for 2002-2003 Production) Order, 2003 , namely :-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Deter- mination for 2002-2003 Production) ( Second Amendment) Order, 2003 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication inthe Official Gazette .
2. In the Sugar (Price Determination for 2002-2003 Production) Order , 2003 ,--
(1) in Schedule I against serial number 3 relating to Bihar (North) , in column No. 3, for the existing entry " 1219.24 " , the entry " 1326.78 " shall be substituted;
(ii) in Schedule II against serial number 3 relatingto Bihar(North) in column No. 3 , for the existing entry, " 1217.67" , the entry, " 1325.21 " shall be substituted. [No. 2(4)/2002-SP]

Note : The Principal Order was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide notification No. G.S.R. 21 (E) /Ess.Com./Sugar dated the 10th January, 2003 and subsequently amended vide G.S.R. 681 (E) / Ess.Com./Sugar dated the 25th August, 2003 .
