का.आ. 1459(अ).- भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 , उपखंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 26 जून, 2003 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 26 जून, 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 735 ( अ ) के आंशिक संशोधन में, जिसमें सार्वजनिक महत्व के एक निश्चित मामले , अर्थात् 6 दिसम्बर, 1992 को अयोध्या में रामजन्म भूमि - बाबरी मस्जिद ढांचे को गिराए जाने की जांच करने के लिए जांच आयोग का कार्यकाल बढ़ाया गया था, यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि उक्त आयोग , अर्थात् लिबरहान अयोध्या जांच आयोग , अपनी रिपोर्ट 31 मार्च, 2004 को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th December , 2003
S.O. 1459(E).-In partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofHome Affairs No. S.O. 735 (E) dated the 26th June , 2003 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 26th June, 2003 , extending the tenure of the Commission of Inquiry, to inquire into a definite matter of public importance , namely , the destruction of Ram Janma Bhoomi -Babri Masjid structure at Ayodhya on the 6th December , 1992, it has been decided that the said Commission , namely , the Liberhan Ayodhya Commission of Inquiry, will submit its report on or before the 31st March, 2004.
