का.आ. 1460( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा उघ की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 830( अ ) तारीख 22 जुलाई, 2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में " 423/डी 2 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 423 / 3 डी 2 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th December, 2003
S.O. 1460 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government ofIndia in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 830 (E) , dated the 22nd July, 2003 , namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification , in column (2) , for the entry " 423 / D2 " , the entry " 423 / 3D2 " shall be substituted .
