का०आ० 1464( अ).- बंदी संप्रत्यावर्तन अधिनियम, 2003 (2003 की सं० 49 ) की धारा 1 की उप धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा , 1 जनवरी 2004 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम का उपबंध प्रवृत्तहोगा ।

S.O. 1464 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2 ) of Section 1 of the Repatriation of Prisoners Act , 2003 (No. 49 of 2003 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints 1st January, 2004 as the date on which the provisions ofsaid Act shall come into force.
