सा.का.नि. 970 (अ ) .- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सिविल लेखा सेवा ( कनिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी और सहायक लेखा अधिकारी ) भर्ती नियम, 2000 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ (ⅰ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय सिविल लेखा सेवा ( कनिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी और सहायक लेखा अधिकारी ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2003 है ।
(ii) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. केन्द्रीय सिविल लेखा सेवा ( कनिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी और सहायक लेखा अधिकारी ) भर्ती नियम, 2000 की अनुसूची में कनिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी के पद के लिए स्तंभ 11 के अधीन , टिप्पण में " परिवीक्षा की अवधि में" शब्दों के स्थान पर " परिवीक्षा की अवधि या उसके किसी विस्तार के दौरान " शब्द रखे जा सकेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th December, 2003 G.S.R. 970(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes following rules to amend the Central Civil Accounts Service (Junior Accounts Officer andAssistant Accounts Officer) Recruitment Rules , 2000 , namely:
1. Short title and commencement-
(i) These rules may be called the Central Civil Accounts Service (Junior Accounts Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2003, (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Civil Accounts Service (Junior Accounts Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer ) Recruitment Rules , 2000 , in the Schedule , for the post of Junior Accounts Officer, under column 11 , in the ' Note ' for the words "During the period of probation " , the words "During the period of probation or any extention thereof" may be substituted.
