सामान्य ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2003
निक्षेप बीमा और प्रत्यय गारंटी निगम के बोर्ड ने निक्षेप बीमा और प्रत्यय गारंटी निगम अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 की सं. 47 ) के खण्ड 50 के उप- खण्ड ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत रिज़र्व बैंक के पूर्वानुमोदन से निक्षेप बीमा और प्रत्यय गारंटी निगम विनियम , 1961 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये हैं ।
1. उन विनियमों को निक्षेप बीमा और प्रत्यय गारंटी निगम सामान्य (संशोधन) विनियम , 2003 कहा जाए ।
2. ये संशोधन भारत के सरकारी राजपत्र में अधिसूचना की तारीख से लागूहोंगे ।
3. निक्षेप बीमा और प्रत्यय गारंटी निगम विनियम, 1961 के विनियम 17 में:
(i ) विनियम 17 के खण्ड ( 1 ) में " रुपये 200/ - " तथा " रुपये 100/- " के स्थान पर क्रमशः " रुपये 2000/--" तथा " रुपये 1000/- " प्रतिस्थापित कर दियेजायेंगे ।
(ii) विनियम 17 के खण्ड ( 2 ) में " रुपये 100/- " के स्थान पर " रुपये 1000/-" प्रतिस्थापित कर दिये जायेंगे।

DEPOSIT INSURANCE AND CREDIT GUARANTEE CORPORATION
General (Amendment) Regulations , 2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (3) of Section 50 of the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee CorporationAct, 1961 (No. 47 of 1961) , theBoard ofDeposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation with prior approval of Reserve Bank of India is pleased to make the following amendments to the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantce Regulations, 1961 .
1. These Regulations may be called the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation General (Amendment) Regulations , 2003 .
2. These Regulations shall come into force from the dateof Notification in the Official Gazette of India.
3. The following amendments be made to Regulation 17:
(1) In Clause ( 1 ) of Regulation 17 the figures "Rs . 200/- " and "Rs . 100/- " shall be substituted by the figures " Rs . 2000/ - " and "Rs.1,000/- " respectively.
(ii) In Clause (2 ) of Regulation 17 the figures "Rs . 100/ - " shall be substituted by the figure "Rs . 1,000/-" .
