का.आ. 1 ( अ) .-याः केन्द्र सरकार का निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों के संबंध में दिल्ली के मास्टर प्लान में कुछ उपांतरण करने का प्रस्ताव है, जो दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर, 2003 के का.आ. 1208 ( अ ) द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित विए गए थे और जिनके संबंध में उक्त नोटिस की तारीख से 30 दिन के अन्दर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - क की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा यथापेक्षित आपत्तियां/सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए थे ।
2.यतः प्रस्तावित उपांतरण के संबंध में एक आपत्ति/ सुझाव प्राप्त हुआ है और यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने मामले के सभी पक्षों पर ध्यानपूर्वक ' करने के बाद मास्टर प्लान में सौहोधन करने का निर्णय किया है ।
3. अतः अब केन्द्र सरकारढक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - क की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के रा अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से दिल्ली के उक्त मास्टर प्लान में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 31st December , 2003
S.O. 1 (E ) . Whereas certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India dated the 17th October, 2003 of S.O. 1208(E) in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1956 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions as required by Sub - section (3 ) of 11 -A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice.
2. Whereas only one objection/suggestion was received with regard to the proposed modification and whereas the Central Government have , after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan;
3. Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 2) of Section 11 -A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi with effect from the date ofPublication ofthis Notification in the Gazette of India .
