का.आ. 3 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियम, 1975 के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को, उक्त नियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए, उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित राज्य की बाबत चुनाव अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्: -

New Delhi , the 30th December, 2003 S.O. 3 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) ofrule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3 ) of the Table annexed hereto, to be the Returning Officer for the purposes ofthe said rules , in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2) of the said Table, namely:-
