S.O. 11 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 (60 of 1952) , and in continuation of the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel , Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training ) Notification Nos . S.O. 266(E) dated the 24th March , 2001 , S.O. 696 (E) dated23rd July, 2001 , S.O. 1155 (E) dated 23rd November, 2001 , S.O. 318 (E) dated 20th March, 2002, S.O. 1021 (E) dated 21st September, 2002 , S.O. 12 (E) dated 4th January, 2003 and S.O. 752(E) dated 3rd July, 2003, the Central Government hereby extends the terms of the Justice S.N. Phukan Commission of Inquiry for a further period of six months beyond 3rd January, 2004 and upto 3rd July, 2004.
का.आ. 11 (अ) .- जाँच आयोग अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 के अधिनियम संख्या 60 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, भारत सरकार के कार्मिक, लोक- शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग ) की दिनांक मार्च 24, 2001 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 266 ( अ ) दिनांक जुलाई 23 , 2001 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 696( अ ) दिनांक नवम्बर 23 , 2001 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 1155 ( अ ) , दिनांक मार्च 20, 2002 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 318 ( अ ) दिनांक सितम्बर 21 , 2002 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 1021 ( अ ) दिनांक जनवरी 04 , 2003 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 12 (अ ) और दिनांक जुलाई 03, 2003 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 752 ( अ ) के अनुक्रम में , केन्द्रीय सरकार, न्यायमूर्ति एस.एन. फूकन जाँच आयोग का कार्यकाल , एतद्वारा , जनवरी 03 , 2004 से आगे जुलाई 03 , 2004 तक छः माह और बढ़ा देती है ।
