सा.का.नि. 7( अ ) .- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्वविभाग की दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या 14/2002-सीमा शुल्क (गै . टै .) में निम्नलिखित और आगे संशोधन करती है , अर्थात:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, -
( क) क्रम संख्या 2 तथा तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगें, अर्थात्: -

[PART II-SEC. 3 (i) ] टिप्पणी:- मूल अधिसूचना सं. 14/2002-सीमा शुल्क (गै. है . ) दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2002, भारत का राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खंड-3 , उप-खंड(i ) में सा. का . नि. 170(अ) , दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2002 के तहत प्रकाशित हुई थी और इसमें अंतिम बार सा.का.नि. 802 (अ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड-3, उप- खंड (i ) दिनांक 5 दिसंबर, 2002 में प्रकाशित दिनांक 5 दिसंबर , 2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या 77/2002-सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै .) द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था ।

New Delhi , the 5th January, 2004 No. 3 /2004-CUSTOMS (N.T. )
G.S.R. 7(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue No. 14 / 2002 - Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 7th March , 2002, namely: -
In the said notification, -
(a) for Sl . No. 2 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely: -

Note: The principal notification number 14/2002- Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 7th March, 2002 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- Section ( i) , dated the 7th March , 2002 vide G.S.R. number 170 (E) and last amended vide notification No. 77/2002- Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 5th December, 2002 , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- Section (i ) , dated the 5th December, 2002 vide G.S.R. number 802 (Ε) .
