F. No. SEBI/LE / 158/2004.- The Securities and ExchangeBoard of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act , 1956 by Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd. , having its registered office at Stock Exchange Building, JLN Marg, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur - 302 017 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest ofthe trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 ofthe Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act, for a further period of one year commencing on the 9th day of January, 2004 and ending onthe 8th day of January, 2005 , in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or asmay be prescribed or imposed hereinafter :-
फा. सं. भाप्रविबो/विधि/158/2004.- भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड, जयपुर स्टॉक एक्सचेंज लि. , जिसका अपना रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय स्टॉक एक्सचेंज बिल्डिंग , जे.एल.एन. बार्ग, मालवीया नगर, जयपुर-302017 में स्थित है द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के अधीन किए गए मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि यह व्यापार के हित में होगा और ऐसा करना लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा , प्रतिभूति संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को मान्यता का नवीकरण उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन, 9 जनवरी, 2004 को प्रारम्भ होने वाली और 8 जनवरी , 2005 को समाप्त होने वाली एक वर्ष की अतिरिक्त कालावधि के लिए, प्रतिभूतियों में संविदाओं की बाबत इसमें नीचे कथित शर्तों अथवा जो इसमें इसके पश्चात् विहित या अधिरोपित की जायें के अध्यधीन प्रदान करता है :-
The Exchange shall commence trading only after obtaining final approval from Securities and Exchange Board of India for establishment of the Settlement Guarantee Fund/Trade Guarantee Fund .
एक्सचेंज केवल निपटान गारंटी निधि/व्यापार गारंटी निधि की स्थापना हेतु भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड से अंतिम अनुमोदन अभिप्राप्त करने के पश्चात् ही व्यापार प्रारंभ करेगा ।
The Exchange shall comply with the suggestions stated in the Report on the Inspection of the exchange conducted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India during the period December 8-9 , 2003 and communicated to the Exchange vide letter No. 6/27/J/INSP/2003 -NRO/ 18716 dated 1.1.2004 .
एक्सचेंज 8-9 दिसम्बर, 2003 की कालावधि के दौरान भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा किये गये एक्सचेंज के निरीक्षण संबंधी रिपोर्ट में कथित और तारीख 1-1-2004 के पत्र सं. 6/27/जे/आईएनएसपी/2003- एनआरओ/18716 द्वारा एक्सचेंज को संसूचित समस्त सुझावों का अनुपालन करेगा ।
