का.आ. 18( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, ब्रिटिश इण्डिया कॉरपोरेशन लि. शेयरों को अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 1981 ( 1981 का 29 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 11 फरवरी, 2003 को भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) ने प्रकाशित वस्त्र मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की दिनांक 11 फरवरी, 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 151 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती हैं अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचनामें : -
S.O. 18 (E) .-. In exercise of the power conferred by Section 4 of the British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles S.O. No. 151 (E) , dated 11th February, 2003 published inPart II, Section 3 , Sub- section (ii) of the Gazette of IndiaExtra-ordinary, dated 11th February, 2003.
क्रम संख्या 1 उससे प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित
In the said notification :-
