का.आ. 21 ( अ) .- संविधान के अनुच्छेद 164 के खण्ड ( 1 क) के दूसरे परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति 7जनवरी , 2004 को ऐसी तारीख के रूप में नियत करते हैं जिससे छः माह के भीतर किसी राज्य की मंत्रिपरिषद् में, मुख्यमंत्री सहित मंत्रियों कीकुल संख्या, जहां संविधान ( इक्यानवेवां संशोधन ) अधिनियम, 2003 के प्रारंभ पर मुख्यमंत्री सहित मंत्रियों की कुल संख्या, उस खण्ड में निर्दिष्ट पन्द्रह प्रतिशत या संख्या में बारह से अधिक है, यथास्थिति, उक्त खण्ड ( 1 क ) के उपबन्धों के अनुरूप लाई जाएगी । [फा. सं. एच.-11019 (16 )/2002-वि.- II ] एन. एल. मीना, संयुक्त सचिव एवं विधायी परामर्शी 64 G1/2004

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th January, 2004
S.O. 21 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to clause ( 1A) of article 164 of the Constitution, the President hereby appoints the 7th day of January, 2004 as the date within six months from which the total number of Ministers including the Chief Minister in the Council of Ministers in any State where the said total number of Ministers , including the Chief Minister at the commencement of the Constitution (Ninety - first Amend- ment) Act, 2003 , exceeds the fifteen per cent or twelve in number, as the case may be , referred to in that clause , shall bebrought in conformity with the provisions of said clause (1A) .
