का.आ. 34( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा उघ की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 559 (अ) तारीख 19 मई, 2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
S.O. 34 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (1 ) ofSection 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport andHighways, number S.O. 559 (E ) , dated the 19th May, 2003 , namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में:-
In the Schedule to the said notification :--
(i) against serial number 8 relating to village Permugai , incolumn (3) , for the survey number " 121/20/25 " , survey number " 121/2/25" shall be substituted;
(i ) पेरुमुगई गांव के संबंध में, क्रम संख्या 8 के सामने स्तम्भ (3 ) में सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 121/20/25 " के स्थान पर सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 121/2/25 " रखी जाएगी;
(ii) against serial number 9 relating to village Konavattam, in column (6) , for the entry " 350 " , the entry "300" shall be substituted .
( ii ) कोनावट्टम गांव के संबंध में, क्रम संख्या 9 के सामने स्तम्भ (6 ) में " 350 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 300 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
