NOTIFICATION
नई दिल्ली, 8 जनवरी, 2004
New Delhi , the 8th January, 2004 का.आ. 32 (अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3क की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 570( अ ) , तारीख 21 मई, 2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
S.O. 32 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 570 (E) , dated the 21st May, 2003, namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम संख्या 7 के सामने, सेन्नीरकुप्पम गाँव से संबंधित स्तम्भ (3 ) में सर्वेक्षण संख्यांक " 66/3 ए3 ", के स्थान पर सर्वेक्षण संख्यांक " 66/6 ए3" रखी जाएगी ।
In the Schedule to the said notification , against serial number 7 relating to village Senneerkuppam , in column (3 ), for survey number " 66 /3A3 " , survey number " 66/ 6A3 " shall be substituted.
कोई व्यक्ति जो उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, इस भूमि के उपयोग अथवा उक्त अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत आक्षेप कर सकता है ।
Anyperson interested in the land may, within twenty one days from the date ofpublication of this notification in theOfficial Gazette , raise objection under Sub- section ( 1) ofSection 3C of the said Act to the use of the land or the purpose mentioned in the said notification .
