का.आ. 39 ( अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, मोटर स्पिरिट और उच्च वेग डीजल ( प्रदाय और वितरण का विनियमन और अनाचार निवारण ) आदेश, 1998 के खंड उच के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों काप्रयोग करते हुए आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य में कुडुप्पा, कुरनूल, अनंतपुर, नेल्लौर, नलगोंडा, महबूब नगर, हैदराबाद, आदिलाबाद, निजामाबाद, वारंगल, करीम नगर, रंगारेड्डी, मेडक, तमिलनाडु में और पांडिचेरी संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में, उक्त राज्य और संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में आने वाले संपूर्ण क्षेत्र में 1 जनवरी , 2004 से 31 जनवरी , 2004 तक चरणबद्ध रीति में केवल पांच प्रतिशत इथानोल समिश्रित पेट्रोल के विक्रय की अनुज्ञा देती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st January, 2004
S.O. 39(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , read with clause 3F of the Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Regulation of Supply and Distribution and Prevention of Malpractices) Order, 1998 , the Central Government hereby permits the sale of only five per cent ethanol - blended petrol in Chittoor, Cuddapah, Kurnool , Anantapur, Nellore, Nalgonda, Mahaboobnagar , Hyderabad, Adilabad , Nizamabad, Warangal , Karimnagar, Ranga Reddy, Medak districts of the State of Andhra Pradesh, in Tamil Nadu and the Union territory of Podicherry, covering the entire area of the said States and the Union territory in phased manner with effect from the 1st day of January, 2004 till the 31st day of January, 2004.
