सा.का.नि. 36 (अ ) . भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II, खण्ड-3 , उपखण्ड ( i ) में सा. का. नि. 7 ( अ ) , दिनांक 5 जनवरी, 2004 के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 3 /2004- सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै . ) , दिनांक 5 जनवरी, 2004 में,- ( i ) क्रम संख्या 2 के कॉलम ( 3 ) में, " जालंधर, " शब्द से पहले " चण्डीगढ़ " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा; ( ii ) क्रम संख्या 31 के कॉलम ( 3 ) में " केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, " शब्दों से पहले " जम्मूएवं कश्मीर " शब्द अंतःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

डी. एस. गर्ज्याल, अवर सचिव टिप्पणी:-मूल अधिसूचना सं. 14/ 2002- सीमा शुल्क (गै .टै. ) दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2002 , भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग-II, खण्ड-3 , उप-खण्ड ( i ) दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2002 में सा.का.नि. सं. 170 ( अ) के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी और अंतिम बार इसका संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग- II , खण्ड-3, उप- खण्ड ( i ) दिनांक 5 जनवरी , 2004 में सा.का.नि. सं. 7 (अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. 3/2004-सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) दिनांक 5 जनवरी, 2004 द्वारा किया गया था ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 9th January, 2004
G.S.R. 36(E) . In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 3/2004-Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 5th January, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section3, Sub -section( i) , vide G.S.R. 7 (E) , dated the 5th January, 2004,--
(1) in column (3 ) of Sl . No. 2 , before the word " Jalandhar " , the word " Chandigarh " , shall be inserted;
(ii) in column (3 ) of Sl. No. 31, after the words " Central Excise" , the words " Jammu and Kashmir" shall be inserted.
