का.आ. 58 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन हरियाणा कमोडिटीज एक्सचेंज लि. , हिसार द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर किऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख ( दोनों दिनों को शामिल करके ) से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए सरसों, सरसों के तेल और सरसों की खली में अग्रिम संविदा करने के संबंध में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्यधीन दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th January, 2004
S.O. 58 (E) . The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 5 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) by the Haryana Commodities Exchange Ltd. , Hissar and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Exchange for a period of two years from the date of issue of notification (both days inclusive ) in respect of forward contracts in Mustardsced , Mustardseed Oil and Mustardseed Oil Cake .
The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions, asmay, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
