सा.का.नि. 41 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 146/94- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 13 जुलाई, 1994 का, निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम सं. 8 , के सामने,
(i ) स्तंभ ( 2 ) , मद सं. ( 3 ) , के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" ( 3 ) स्कीट या ट्रेप या डबल ट्रेप मशीन अकोस्टिक रिलीज के साथ" ; और
(ii ) स्तंभ ( 3 ) , शर्त ( क) के खण्ड ( ii ) , के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
" ( ii ) जिला राइफल एसोशिएशन जो कि किसी राज्य राइफल एसोशिएशन से नियंत्रित के द्वारा, अथवा राइफल एसोशिएशन से संबद्ध हो; " ।

G.S.R. 41 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the 120 GI/2004
(1) THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY

[PART II-SEC. 3 (1) ] following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) ,No. 146/94-Customs , dated the 13 July, 1994, namely:-
Inthe said notification, in the Table , against S.No. 8,
(1) in column (2) , for item no . (3), the following shall be substituted , namely:
"(3) Skeet or trap or double trap machine with acoustic release" ; and
(u) in column (3 ) , in condition (a) , for clause ( ii ) the following shall be substituted, namely:--
"(ii ) the District Rifle Association which is controlled by, or affiliated to, the State Rifle Association; " .

Note: The principal notification No. 146/94- Customs dated the 13th July, 1994 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 575 (E) , dated the 13th July, 1994 and was last amended by notification No. 172/2003- Customs, datedthe 2nd December , 2003 [ G.S.R. 920 (E) , dated the 2nd December , 2003 ] .
