का.आ. 71 ( अ ) - राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी का० आ० 637 (अ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर, 1997 के साथ पठित औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 9 के उप पैरा ( 1 ) और (2 ) और पैरा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय (राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण ) के आदेश सं० का ० आ० 1360 (अ ) , तारीख 24 दिसम्बर , 2002 को जहाँ तक उसका सम्बन्ध नीचे की सारणी के विनिर्मित पैक से है , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ (5 ) मे विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (3 ) और (4) मे की क्रमशः तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रबलता और पैक आकार सहित उस सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट अनुसूचित विनिर्मितयों में से प्रत्येक की, उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर, यदि कोई है, को छोड़कर अधिकतम कीमत के रुप में नियत करती है ।

नोट:
(क) ये कीमतें विनिर्दिष्ट पैक व समान प्रबलता के पैकों पर उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोड़कर अधिकतम कीमत के रुप में नियत की जाती हैं , और कम्पनी किसी छूट का दावा नहीं कर सकती , जब तक उसे छूट के लिये सरकार/रा.औ.मू.नि.प्रा . से आदेश प्राप्त न हों ।

S.O. 71 (E ) . In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - paragraphs ( 1 ) and (2) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs ( Prices Control ) Order , 1995 , read with No. S.O. 637 (E ) dated the 4th September , 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers , (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) No. S.O. 1360(E) , dated 24th December , 2002 , in so far as it relates to formulation packs mentioned in the table below , except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the prices as specified in column ( 5 ) of the table below as the ceiling price exclusive of excise duty, and local tax, if any , for scheduled formulation specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table with the strength and pack size specified respectively in the corresponding entries in column (3 ) and (4) thereof:

का.आ. 75 ( अ ) - राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण, भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी का ० आ ० 637 (अ ) तत्रीख 4 सितम्बर, 1997 के साथ पठित औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 9 के उप पैरा (1 ) और (2) और पैरा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय (राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण ) के आदेश सं ० का० आ० 613 (अ) , तारीख 27 मई , 2003 को जहाँ तक उसका सम्बन्ध नीचे की सारणी के विनिर्मित पैक से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ (5 ) मे विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (3 ) और (4) मे की क्रमशः तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रबलता और पैक आकार सहित उस सारणी के स्तंभ (2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट अनुसूचित विनिर्मितयों में से प्रत्येक की , उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर , यदि कोई है, को छोड़कर अधिकतम कीमत के रुप में नियत करती है ।

In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - paragraphs ( 1 ) and (2) of paragraph 9 and paragraph 11 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order , 1995 , read with No. S.O. 637 (E) dated the 4th September , 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers , (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) No. S.O. 613 (E ) , dated 27th May , 2003 , in so far as it relates to formulation packs mentioned in the table below, except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the prices as specified in column (5) of the table below as the ceiling price exclusive of excise duty , and local tax, if any, for scheduled formulation specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table with the strength and pack size specified respectively in the corresponding entries in column ( 3 ) and (4) thereof:
