सा.का.नि. 45(अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5क की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 6/2002- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 का, निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् -
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, क्रम सं. 261 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियों को अंतः स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:

G.S.R. 45(E). In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 5A. of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so todo, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 6/2002- Central Excise, dated the 1st March, 2002, namely :---
Inthe said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 261 and the entries relating thereto , the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :-
