प्रभारी सा.का.नि. 46( अ). - केन्द्रीय सरकार, मोटर स्पिरिट और उच्च्च वेग डीजल ( प्रदाय और वितरण का विनियमेन औनबार निवारण) आदेश , 1998 के खंड 3 च के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निदेश देती है कि 1 जनवरी , 2004 से उत्तरांचल राज्य में तथा 1 मार्च, 2004 से मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो विनिर्देश सं. 2796 के अनुसार केवल पांच प्रतिशत इथानोल संमिश्रित पेट्रोल का विक्रय किया जाएगा ।

G.S.R. 46 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , read with clause 3F of the Motor Sprit and High Speed Diesel (Regulation of Supply and Distribution and Prevention ofMalpractices) Order , 1998 , the Central Government hereby directs that on and from the first day of January, 2004 in the State of Uttaranchal and on and from the first day of March, 2004 in the State of Madhya Pradesh , only five per cent ethanol -blended petrol, as per Bureau of Indian Standards specification No. 2796 , shall be sold.
