( ग) ( i ) क्रमांक 28 के सामने ' 236 रुपए और इससे अधिक ' शब्दों और आंकड़ों के स्थान पर ' 236 रुपए या इससे अधिक लेकिन250 रु. से कम ' को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
(ii ) क्रमांक 28 और संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रमांक तथा प्रविष्टियां शामिल की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -
29. 250 रु. और इससे अधिक लेकिनं 260 रु. से कंम 130.00
30. 260 रु. और इससे अधिक लेकिन 270 रु. से कम 135.00
31. 270 रु. और इससे अधिक लेकिन 280 रु. से कम 140.00

सा.का.नि. 47 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 95 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम के साथ विचार- विमर्श करने के पश्चात् कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( केन्द्रीय ) नियमावली, 1950 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रारूप नियम उक्त धारा की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा अपेक्षित उन सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना के लिए जिनकी उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, प्रकाशित करने का प्रस्ताव करती है तथा एतद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप नियमों को सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख के पैंतालीस दिन के बाद लागू किया जाएगा ।

2. यदि उक्त प्रारूप नियमों के संबंध में ऊपर निर्धारित अवधिके अंदर किसी व्यक्ति से कोई आपत्तियाँ अथवा सुझाव प्राप्त होते हैं, तो केन्द्रीय सरकार उन पर विचार करेगी ।
मुख्य नियमावली भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II, खण्ड-3 के उप-खण्ड ( i ) में श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. एस. आर.ओ. 212 , दिनांक 22-6-1950 द्वारा अधिसूचित की गई थी और यह नियमावली समय-समय पर निम्नलिखित अधिसूचनाओं के माध्यम से संशोधित कीगई:-

MINISTRY OF LABOUR NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th January 2004
G.S.R. 47 (E) . The followingdraft Rules furtherto amend the Employees ' State Insurance (Central) Rules, 1950 which the Central Government after consultation with the Employees ' State Insurance Corporation proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 95 of the Employees ' Insurance Act , 1948 (34 of 1948), is hereby published as required by Sub -section ( 1 ) of the said Section for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft Rules will be taken into consideration after 45 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any person in respect of the said draft Rules within the period specified above, will be considered by the Central Government.
3.The objections and suggestions may be addressed to Smt. Sanjukta Ray, Under Secretary, Ministry of Labour, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi - 110001. DRAFT RULES
1. These Rules may be called the Employees ' State Insurance (Central) (2nd amendment) Rules , 2003.
2 In the Employees ' State Insurance (Central ) Rules:-
[PART II SEC, 3(i ) ] (a) In Rule 50 and its Proviso , the words " Six thousand and five hundred" shall be substituted by the words ' seven thousand and five hundred' .
(b) In Rule 52, the words ' rupees forty ' shall be substituted by the words ' rupees fifty' .
(c) (i) In rule 54, in the table against serial number 28 for the words and figures "Rs . 236 and above" , the words "Rs . 236 and above but below Rs . 250 " shall be substituted.
(ii)After serial No. 28 and entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely-
29. Rs . 250 and above but below Rs . 260 130.00 30. Rs . 260 and above but below Rs . 270 135.00 31. Rs . 270 and above but below Rs . 280 140.00 32. Rs . 280 and above 145.00
