का.आ. 93( अ ).- नारियल विकास बोर्ड नियम, 1981 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1979 (1979 का पांचवां) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों का सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधीसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से नारियल विकास बोर्ड, कोच्चि के सदस्यों के रूप में तीन वर्ष से अनधिक अवधि के लिए अथवा उस समय तक जब तक कि संबंधित सदस्य उस श्रेणी या हित, जिससे वह इस प्रकार नियुक्त किया गया है, का प्रतिनिधित्व करना समाप्त कर देता है , जो भी पहले हो नियुक्त करती है तथा इस प्रयोजन के लिए कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) की दिनांक 12 जनवरी, 1981 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 21 (अ ) में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में-
(i ) क्रम संख्या 11 और 12 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए " धारा 4 की उप- धारा (4 ) के खंड ( एच ) के अधीनः नियुक्त " शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
असम सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए - सदस्य
" 11 संयुक्त कृषि निदेशक ( बागवानी ) कृषिविभाग
असम सरकार, दिसपुर
पाण्डिचेरी सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए - सदस्य" 12 अपर कृषि निदेशक (बागवानी )
पाण्डिचेरी सरकार
पाण्डिचेरी
(ii ) क्रम संख्या 14 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए " धारा 4 की उप- धारा (4 ) के खंड (जे ) के अन्तर्गत की गई नियुक्तियां " शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

एम. एल. चौधरी, बागवानी आयुक्त टिप्पणी:-नारियल विकास बोर्ड को गठित करने वाली प्रधान अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 की का.आ. सं. 21 (अ) द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई और अन्तिम बार इसका संशोधन तारीख 7 अक्तूबर , 2003 की अधिसूचना का. आ. संख्या 1185 ( अ ) के अनुसार किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January , 2004
S.O. 93(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (4) of Section 4 of the Coconut Development BoardAct, 1979 (5 of 1979), read with rule 4 of the Coconut Development Board Rules , 1981, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as member of the Coconut Development Board, Cochin for a period on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and not exceding three years or till the member concerned ceases to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed, whichever is earlier , and for the said purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation) number S.O. 21 (E) , dated the 12th January , 1981 , namely :-
In the said notification :-
(1) under the heading " Appointed under clause (h) of sub - section (4) of Section 4" , for serial number 11 and 12 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :--
To represent the Government ofAssam-Member ;
" 11 Joint Director of Agriculture (Horticulture) , Agriculture Department , Government ofAssam , Dispur
To represent the Government ofAssam-Member" ;
12 Additional Director of Agriculture (Horticulture), Government ofPondicherry, Pondicherry.
(ii) under the heading " Appointed under clause (j ) of sub- section (4) of Section 4 " , for serial number 14 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:
