का.आ. 99( अ ).-गर्भधारण पूर्व और प्रसवपूर्व निदान तकनीक ( लिंग चयन प्रतिषेध ) अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 8 के साथ पठित धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( परिवार कल्याण विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 85( अ ) तारीख 5 फरवरी, 1997 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 21 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:- " 21. संयुक्त निदेशक, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं ( पं.क. ) ,
सदस्य" स्वास्थ्यसेवा निदेशालय , दिनथार, ऐजवल, मिजोरम

S.O. 99 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 read with Section 8 of the Pre- conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India, in the Ministry ofHealth and Family Welfare(Department of Family Welfare) , No. S.O. 85 (Ε) , dated the 5th February , 1997 , namely : --
In the said notification, for serial number 21 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:---
"21. Joint Director of Health Services (F. W.) , Directorate of Health Services ,
Member" Dinthar, Aizawal , Mizoram.
