नईदिल्ली, 20 जनवरी, 2004
NewDelhi , the 20th January, 2004 का.आ. 103( अ )- केन्द्र सरकार, बीकानेर कमोडिटीज एक्सचेंज लि. , बीकानेर, राजस्थान द्वारा मान्यता के लिए अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अंतर्गत दिए गए आवेदन पत्र पर, वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से ( दोनों दिन सम्मिलित ) अगले तीन वर्ष की अवधिके लिए चना, ग्वार और ग्वार गोंद में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
S.O. 103 (E) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for grant of recognition made under Section 5 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation)Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) by the Bikaner Commodity Exchange Ltd. , Bikaner, Rajasthan and being satisfied that it would be in the interest ofthe trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a period of three years from the date of issue of notification (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Gram, Guar seed and Guar Gum.
इसके द्वारा प्रदत्त मान्यता इस शर्त के अधीन है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगा ।
The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions, asmay, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
