सा.का.नि. 58 (अ ) .- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( कक ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए, बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 12/97- सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997 में और आगे संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, क्रम सं. 12 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 58(E):In exercise of powers conferred by clause (aa) ofSub- section ( 1 ) , of Section 7 ofthe Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Minisry of Finance (Department ofRevenue ), No. 12/ 97 - CUSTOMS (N.T. ) , dated the 2nd April , 1997, namely:---
In the Table to the said notification, after S.No. 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
