सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नईदिल्ली, 22 जनवरी , 2004
का.आ. 112( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 - घ की उपधारा ( 1 ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचनाओं में उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट रीति में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :

उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची में नतरामपल्ली गांव से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने,- 1. का.आ. 71 ( अ) , तारीख 24 जनवरी, 2003
( i ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 287/ 3ए के सामने स्तम्भ ( 6 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 300" रखी जाएगी;
(ii) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 512/ 2 एफ1 के सामने स्तम्भ ( 6 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि "250" रखी जाएगी।
2. का.आ. 378(अ) , तारीख 2 अप्रैल, 2003
उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , स्तम्भ( 2 ) में सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 262/2 जी2 " के स्थान पर सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 261/2जी2 " रखी जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd January, 2004
S.O. 112 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred under sub - section ( 1) of Section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 ( 48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notifications of the Govem- ment of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways specified in Column (2 ) of the Table below in the manner specified in Column (3 ) of the said Table:

1. S.O. 71 (E) , dated the 24th January , 2003 Inthe Schedule to the said notification, against serial number 1 relating to village Natrampalli,-
(i) against survey No. 287/3A for the entry in column (6) the entry " 300" shall be substituted;
(ii) against survey No. 512/2F1 for the entry in column ( 6) the entry " 250" shall be substituted.
2. S.O. 378 (E) , dated the 2nd April, 2003 In the Schedule to the said notification, in column (2) for survey No. " 262/2G2" , survey No. " 261 /2G2 " shall be substituted.
