फा. सं. 33 /53/2003- बि.क. इस विभाग के दिनांक 9 अगस्त, 2000 के संकल्प फा.सं. 33/15/ 2000- बि.क. को देखें जो स्टाम्प शुल्क एवं रजिस्ट्रेशन से संबंधित मुद्दों पर विचार - विमर्श करने एवं इनकी जांच करने के लिए राज्यों के स्टाम्प एवं रजिस्ट्रेशन सचिवों की एक स्थायी समिति का गठन किए जाने से संबंधित है ।
2. उक्त संकल्प के पैरा 5 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्- " 5. समिति का कार्यकाल 31 दिसम्बर, 2004 को समाप्त होगा । "

F. No. 33 /53/2003- ST.- Reference this Department's Resolution F.No. 33 / 15/ 2000 - ST dated the 9th August, 2000 regarding constitution of a Standing Committee of State Secretaries of Stamp and Registration to discuss and examine the issues relating to stamp duty and registration.
2. For para 5 of the said Resolution, the following shall be substituted, viz . ,
"5. The tenure of the Committee will expire on 31st December, 2004. "
