नई दिल्ली, 27 जनवरी , 2004-
NewDelhi, the 27th January, 2004 का.आ. 119(अ )-केन्द्रीय सरकार, विद्युत (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2003 (2003 का 57 ) की धारा 1 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 27 जनवरी , 2004 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियुक्त करती है , जबसे उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधान लागू होंगे ।
S.O. 119 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (2) of Section 1 of the Electricity (Amendment) Act, 2003 (57 of 2003 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th January , 2004, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
