नई दिल्ली, 27 जनवरी , 2004
का.आ. 118 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय दूर संचार विनियामक प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1997 ( 1997 का 24 ) की धारा 14ख की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचित करती है कि वह क्षेत्र, जिसके संबंध में दूर संचार विवाद समाधान और अपील अधिकरण , नई दिल्ली की अधिसूचना संख्या 1 -न्या./टी.डी.एस.ए.टी./2003 , तारीख 13 अक्तूबर, 2003 से गठित दूर संचार विवाद समाधान और अपील अधिकरण की न्यायपीठ अपनी अधिकारिता का प्रयोग कर सकेगी , सम्पूर्ण भारत होगा ।

New Delhi , the 27th January, 2004.
S.O. 118 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of Sub - section (3 ) of Section 14B of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997 ), the Central Government hereby notifies that the area in relation to which the Bench of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, constituted vide notification of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi number I- Judl/TDSAT/2003 , dated the 13th October, 2003 , may exercise its jurisdiction , shall be the whole of India.
