का.आ. 132( अ )-परमाणु बिजलीघरों द्वारा बिजली की बिक्री हेतु टैरिफ निर्धारण के मानकों से संबंधित दिनांक 17 जुलाई, 1996 के का.आ. 513 ( अ ) तथा दिनांक 27-7-2000 के का.आ. 703(अ) तथा दिनांक 3-4-2001 के का.आ. 321 ( अ ) द्वारा दिनांक 11 जुलाई , 1996 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , के भाग- II, खण्ड 3 ( ii ) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, 3 पैसे/kWh कीअनुसंधान एवं विकास ( आर एंड. डी. ) लेव्ही तथा 5 पैसे /kWh की पुनर्सज्जीकरण एवं आधुनिकीकरण ( आर एंड एम ) लेव्ही को एतद्वारा टैरिफ मानकों से दिसंबर, 2003 से हटा दिया गया है ।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai , the 20th January, 2004
S.O. 132 (E ) .-In partial modification of the Notifications dated July 11 , 1996 published in the Gazette ofIndia, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 (ii) , July 17, 1996, vide S.O. 513 (E) and S.O. 703 (E) dated 27-7-2000 and S.O. 321(E) dated 3-4-2001 on the subject of norms by which the tariff for sale ofelectricity by Atomic Power Stations shall be determined, the Research and Development (R & D ) levy of 3 paise/kWh and Renovation and Modernisation (R & M) levy of 5 paise/kWh are hereby discontinued w.e.f. December, 2003 onwards from the norms for the tariff.
