का.आ. 135( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा उक की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने के पश्चात् कि राजस्थान राज्य में जयपुर जिले ( जयपुर- किशनगढ़ खण्ड) के 290.530 कि.मी. से 291.430 कि.मी. और 299.990 कि.मी. से 300.750 कि.मी. तक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 8 का निर्माण करने के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए वह भूमि अपेक्षित है जिसका संक्षिप्त वर्णन नीचे अनुसूची में दिया गया है, ऐसी भूमि का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है;
भूमिमें हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उग की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन पूर्वोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि के उपयोग पर आक्षेप कर सकेगा;
ऐसा प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षम प्राधिकारी अर्थात् श्री जी. पी. शुक्ला, उप सचिव, शिक्षा विभाग , राजस्थान सरकार, एबी-157 , निर्माण नगर, जयपुर, राजस्थान को लिखित रूप में किया जाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपवर्णित किए जाएंगे और सक्षम प्राधिकारी , आक्षेपकर्ता को व्यक्तिगत रूप में या किसी विधि व्यवसायी द्वारा सुने जाने का अवसर देगा और ऐसे सभी आक्षेपों की सुनवाई के पश्चात् तथा ऐसी और जाँच करने के पश्चात्, यदि कोई हो, जिसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा या तो आक्षेपों को अनुज्ञात कर सकेगा या अननुज्ञात कर सकेगा;
सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उप धारा ( 2 ) के अधीन किया गया कोई आदेश अंतिम होगा;
इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूमि के भू- रेखांक और अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध हैं और उनका सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उपर्युक्त कार्यालय में हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों द्वारा निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th January, 2004
S.O. 135 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , the Central Government, after being satisfied that, for the public purpose , the lands , the brief description of which has been given in the Schedule below , are required forbuilding of National Highway No. 8from km 290.530 to km 291.430 and from km 299.990 to km 300.750 (Jaipur- Kishanagarh Section) in Jaipur District in the State of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such lands;
Any person interested in the lands may , within twenty -one days from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette , raise objection to the use of the land for the aforesaid purpose under Sub - section ( 1) of Section 3C of the said Act;

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, i.e. Shri G.P. Shukla, Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Government of Rajasthan, AB- 157, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur , Rajasthan in writing , and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry , if any , as the competent authority thinks necessary , by order , either allow or disallow the objection;
Any order made by the Competent Authority under Sub - section (2) of Section 3C of the said Act shall be final;
The land plans and other details of lands covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested persons, at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
SCHEDULE Briefdescription of lands required for six- laning of National Highway No. 8 (Jaipur- Kishangarh Section) in Jaipur district in the State of Rajasthan.

का.आ. 136 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों काप्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 186( अ) तारीख 10 मार्च , 1998 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग- II खंड 3 , उपखंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में " श्रीजी. पी. शुक्ला, आर.ए.एस. अपर कलेक्टर -1, जयपुर, क्लेक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट का कार्यालय, जयपुर को नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 8 ( जयपुर शहर से अजमेर सीमा तक ) पर कि.मी. 273.500 से कि.मी. 347.600 तक की भूमि के खंड के संबंध में सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से अगले आदेशों तक उक्त अधिनियम के तहत " शब्दों, कोष्ठक और अंकों के स्थान पर " जी. पी. शुक्ला, उप सचिव, शिक्षा विभाग , राजस्थान सरकार को नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 8 ( जयपुर शहर से अजमेर सीमा तक ) पर कि.मी. 273.500 से कि.मी. 347.600 तक की भूमि के खंड के संबंध में अगले आदेशों तक उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन " शब्द, कोष्ठक और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 136 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Surface Transport, No. S.O.186 (E) dated 10th March, 1998 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3 , Sub -section ( ii ), namely:-
In the said notification , for the words , letters and figure " Shri G.P. Shukla, R.A.S. , Additional Collector-I, Jaipur, Office of the Collector and District Magistrate, Jaipur as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette" , the words and letters " G.P. Shukla, Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Govt . of Rajasthan as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act " shall be substituted.
