८८० वि० एकक सा.का.नि. 85(अ).- कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि योजना, 1952 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित योजना बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इस योजना को कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि ( संशोधन ) योजना, 2004 कहा जाएगा ।
(2 ) यह सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

II] डी. एस. पूनिया, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पणी: कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि योजना, 1952 भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 2-9-1952 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.नि.आ. 1509 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसमें पिछला संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक6-11-2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का. नि. 868( अ ) द्वारा किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th January , 2004
G.S.R. 85 ( E ).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5, read with Sub -section ( 1) of Section 7, of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 ( 19 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Employees ' Provident Funds Scheme , 1952 , namely :--
1. ( 1) This Scheme may be called the Employees ' Provident Funds (Amendment ) Scheme , 2004 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In paragraph 4 of the Employees ' Provident Funds Scheme , 1952 , in the proviso to Sub -paragraph ( 1 ) , for the word ' three', the word ' five ' shall be substituted.
