का. का. 307(अ).-आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 193 के पल्लुक के खण्ड ( ii ) ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों की प्रयोग हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा नेशनल हाइवेज अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया, नई दिल्ली द्वारा जारी " आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 की धारा 54ङङ्ग के अन्तर्गत लाभों सहित एन.एच.ए.आई. नॉन कंवर्टीबल रीडीमेबल बॉण्ड्स" को उक्त खण्ड के प्रयोजनार्थ विनिर्दिष्ट किया जाता है :
बशर्ते कि उक्त परन्तुक के अन्तर्गत यह लाभ पृष्ठांकन अथवा सुपुर्दगी द्वारा ऐसे बन्धपत्रों के अन्तरण के मामले में तभी ग्राह्य होगा , यदि अन्तरिती ऐसे अन्तरण के बारे में नेशनल हाईवे अथॉरिटी ऑफ इण्डिया, नई दिल्ली को रजिस्टर्ड डाक से सूचित कर देता है ।

(INCOME TAX)
S.O. 307 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) (b) of the proviso to Section 193 ofthe Income TaxAct, 1961 (43 of 1961 ), the Central Government hereby specifies the " NHAI Non -convertible Redeemable Bonds with benefits under Section 54EC of the Income Tax Act, 1961 " issued by National Highways Authority of India, New Delhi for the purpose ofthe said clause:
Provided that the benefit under the said proviso shall be admissible in the case of transfer of such bonds by endorsement ordelivery, only ifthe transferee informs the National Highway Authority of India, New Delhi by registered post within a period ofsixty days of such transfer.
