का.आ. 309(अ).- भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 24 दिसम्बर, 2003 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की 24 दिसम्बर, 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1459 ( अ ) के आंशिक संशोधन में, जिसमें सार्वजनिक महत्व के एक निश्चित मामले , अर्थात् 6 दिसम्बर, 1992 को अयोध्या में रामजन्म भूमि - बाबरी मस्जिद ढांचे को गिराए जाने की जांच करने के लिए जांच आयोग का कार्यकाल बढ़ाया गया था, यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि उक्त आयोग , अर्थात् लिबरहान अयोध्या जांच आयोग , अपनी रिपोर्ट 30 सितम्बर, 2004 को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th March, 2004
S.O. 309 (E) . In partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of HomeAffairs No. S.O. 1459 (E) dated the 24th December , 2003 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) , dated the 24th December , 2003, extending the tenure of the Commission of Inquiry, to inquire into a definite matter of public importance, namely , the destruction of Ram Janma Bhoomi - Babri Masjid structure at Ayodhya on the 6th December , 1992 , it has been decided that the said Commission , namely , the Liberhan Ayodhya Commission of Inquiry , will submit its report on or before the 30th September, 2004 .
