का.आ. 324 (अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 6 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मद्रास ऑयल एण्ड सीड्स एक्सचेंज लि. , मद्रास को मूंगफली के तेल में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में भावी सौदा व्यापार आयोजित करने के लिए पूर्व वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2562(अ ) तारीख 16-11-1959 के तहत मान्यता प्रदान की थी, उक्त एक्सचेंज 1971 से वायदा व्यापार आयोजित नहीं कर रहा था। इसलिए उसको यह बताने के लिए कारण बताओ नोटिस ( पत्र संख्या 16/2/आई टी/2003 तारीख 2-7-2003 और 1-8-2003 ) नोटिस जारी किए गए थे कि क्यों ने एक्सचेंज की मान्यता को आहरित कर लिया जाए । एक्सचेंज इन नोटिसों का जवाब देने में असफल रहा , अतः केन्द्र सरकार अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2562 ( अ ) के अतिक्रमण में तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के तहत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके व्यापार के हित में और जनहित में मद्रास ऑयल एण्ड सीड्स एक्सचेंज लि. , मद्रास की मान्यता को तत्काल प्रभाव से आहरित करती है ।

New Delhi , the 10th March, 2004
S.O. 324 (E) . The Central Government, in exercise of powers under Section 6 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act , 1952 (74 of 1952) , had granted recognition to the Madras Oil and Seeds Exchange Ltd. , Madras to organize futures trading in respect of forward contracts in groundnut oil vide the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. S.O. 2562 (E ) dated 16-11-1959 . The said Exchange having not organized the forward trade since 1971 was given show cause notices (vide letter No. 16/ 2 /IT / 2003 dated 2-7-2003 and 1-8-2003 ) as to why the recognition of the Exchange should not be withdrawn . The Exchange failed to respond satisfactorily to these notices . The Central Government , therefore, in supersession of the Notification No. S.O. 2562 (E ) and in exercise of the powers under Section 7 of the said Act, in the interest of the trade and in public interest, withdraws the recognition of the Madras Oil and Seeds Exchange Ltd. , Madras with immediate effect .

का.आ. 325(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 6 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सेंट्रल इंडिया कॉटन एसोसिएशन लि. , उज्जैन को बिनौले में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में भावी सौदा व्यापार आयोजित करने के लिए पूर्व वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2778 तारीख 1-9-1962 के तहत मान्यता प्रदान की थी, उक्त एक्सचेंज 1971 से वायदा व्यापार आयोजित नहीं कर रहा था । इसलिए उसको यह बताने के लिए कारण बताओ नोटिस ( पत्र संख्या 16/ 2/ आई टी/ 2003 तारीख 2-7-2003) जारी किया गया था कि क्यों ने एक्सचेंज की मान्यता को आहरित कर लिया जाए । एक्सचेंज इस नोटिस का जबाव देने में असफल रहा, अतः केन्द्र सरकार अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2778 के अतिक्रमण में तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा के तहत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके व्यापार के हित में और जनहित में सेंट्रल इंडिया कॉटन एसोसिएशन लि. , उज्जैन की मान्यता को तत्काल प्रभाव से आहरित करती है ।

The said Exchange having not organized the forward trade since 1971 was given show cause notices (vide letter No. 16/2 / IT/2003 dated 2-7-2003 ) as to why the recognition of the Exchange should not be withdrawn. The Exchange failed to respond to these notices. The Central Government, therefore , in supersession of the Notification No. S.O. 2778 and in exercise of the powers under Section 7 of the said Act, in the interest of the trade and in public interest, withdraws the recognition of the Central India Cotton Association Ltd. , Ujjain with immediate effect.

The said Exchange having not organized the forward trade since 1971 was given show cause notices (vide letter No. 16/2 /IT/2003 dated 2-7-2003 and 1-8-2003 ) as to why the recognition of the Exchange should not be withdrawn. The Exchange failed to respond to these notices . The said Exchange having not organized the forward trade since 1971 was given show cause notices (vide letter No. 16/2 /IT/2003 dated 2-7-2003 and 1-8-2003 ) as to why the recognition ofthe Exchange should not be withdrawn. The Exchange failed to respond to these notices . The Central Government , therefore , in supersession of the Notification No. S.O. 1117 and in exercise of the powers under Section 7 of the said Act , in the interest of the trade and in public interest, withdraws the recognition of the Alleppcy Oil Millers and Merchants Association , Alleppey with immediate effect.
