का.आ. 344( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( क) के अनुसरण में, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को, केरल राज्य में, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र की बाबत उस राज्य में अवस्थित विभिन्न उपभोक्ताओं को पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ वितरण के लिए मैसर्स गेल ( इण्डिया ) लिमिटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइने बिछाने के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th March, 2004
S.O. 344(E) . In pursuance of clause (a ) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition ofRight of User in Land) Act, 1962 ( 50 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby authorize the person mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule below to perform the functions of the competent authority under the said Act for laying of the pipelines by M/s . GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Kerala for distribution ofpetroleum product to various consumers located in that State in respect of the areas mentioned in column (2 ) of the said Schedule.
