का.आ. 345( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( क) के अनुसरण में, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति को, राजस्थान राज्य में, उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र की बाबत उस राज्य में अवस्थित विभिन्न उपभोक्ताओं को पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ वितरण के लिए मैसर्स गेल ( इण्डिया) लिमिटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइनें बिछाने के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th March, 2004
S.O. 345 (E ) . In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right ofUser in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby authorize the person mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule below to perform the functions of the competent authority under the said Act for laying of the pipelines by M/s . GAIL ( India) Limited in the State of Rajasthan for distribution of petroleum product to various consumers located in that State in respect of the areas mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule.
