आ.अ. 13(अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग महाराष्ट्र राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए रिटर्निंग आफिसरों की नियुक्ति के संबंध में तारीख 10 मई, 1995 की अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/महा.-लो.स. /95 ( 1 ) निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्: - उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में नीचे दर्शायी गई मदों के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियां क्रमशः प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

N. 13 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Representation ofthe People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) , the Election Commission hereby makes the following further amendment in its notification No. 434/MT -HP/95 (1 ) dated 10th May , 1995, relatingto the appointment of Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State Maharashtra namely :--
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, for the existing entries, against items Nos . shown below , the following corresponding entries shall respectively be substituted.
