सा.का.नि. 192 (अ) .- भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 38 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की कार्यकारिणी समिति केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( कर्मचारियों की सेवा के निबंधन व शर्तें) , अधिनियम, 1988 में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( कर्मचारियों की सेवा के निबंधन व शर्तें ) संशोधन विनियम, 2004 कहा जाएगा । (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( कर्मचारियों की सेवा के निबंधन व शर्तें ) विनियम 1988 में:-
(क) मद ' क' और ' ख ' के लिए विनियम 6 के उपविनियम ( 1 ) में निम्नलिखित मदों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्: - " (क) समूह ' क' के उन पदों जिनके वेतनमान का अधिकतम 16500/- रु. से अधिक है, के लिए स्थाई स्टॉफ समिति;
(ख ) समूह ' क' के उन पदों जिनके वेतनमान का अधिकतम 16500/- रु. से अधिक नहीं है, के लिए चयन समिति ' क ' '" ;
ख ) मद ( II ) के लिए विनियम 7 के उपविनियम ( 2 ) में निम्नलिखित मद को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

" ii. ब्यूरो के वैज्ञानिक जी/वैज्ञानिक एफ; " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th March, 2004
G.S.R. 192 (E ).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 38 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of1986), the Executive Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards, with the previous approval ofthe Central Government, hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service ofEmployees) Regulations , 1988 , namely :-
1. ( 1) These Regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Amendment Regulations , 2004.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees ) Regulations , 1988 :-
(a) in Regulation 6, in sub -regulation ( 1 ) , for item ' a' and 'b ' , the following items shall be substituted, namely:-
(a) Standing Staff Committee for Group ' A' posts carrying a scale of pay maximum of which exceeds Rs . 16500;
(b) Selection Committee ' A ' for Group ' A' posts carrying a scale of pay maximum of which does not exceed Rs. 16500";
(b) in Regulation 7, in sub - regulation (2) for item ( ii ) , the following item shall be substituted, namely:-- " ii. Scientist G/Scientist- F ofthe Bureau; " .
