आ.अ. 15 (अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग , गुजरात राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसरों की नियुक्ति से सम्बन्धित तारीख 05-11-2002 कीअपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/गुज. लो.स. /2002 ( 2 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन एतद्वारा करता है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में नीचे दर्शायी गई मदों के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी :-

New Delhi , the 5th March, 2004
O. N. 15(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby makes the following further amendment in its notification No. 434/GJ-HP/2002 (2 ) dated 5th November, 2002 relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the Gujarat State namely :-
Incolumn 2 of the Table appended to the said notification , for the existing entries, against item Nos . shown below, the following corresponding entries shall respectively be substituted .
