MINISTRY OF TRIBAL AFFAIRS (Research and Planning Unit) ORDER
New Delhi , the 15th March, 2004 आदेश नई दिल्ली, 15 मार्च, 2004
का.आ. 362 ( अ ). राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 339 के खंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय के आदेश संख्या का. आ. 1271 ( अ) तारीख 18 जुलाई , 2002 द्वारा गठित अनुसूचित क्षेत्र और अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग की पदावधि को तीन मास और पन्द्रह दिन की और अवधि के लिए अर्थात् 16 जुलाई, 2004 तक बढ़ाते हैं और उस प्रयोजन के लिए उक्त आदेश में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 362 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause( 1) of article 339 ofthe Constitution, the President hereby extends the tenure of the Scheduled Areas and Scheduled Tribes Commission constituted vide Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs number S.O. 1271 ( E) dated the 18th July, 2002 for a further period of three months and fifteen days i.e. up to 16th July , 2004 and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the said Order , namely :-
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 4 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा रखे जाएंगे,
अर्थात्:-
In the said Order, for paragraph 4, the following paragraphs shall be substituted , namely :-
" 4. आयोग , यथासंभव शीघ्र, किंतु 16 जुलाई, 2004 के पश्चात् नहीं, अपनी रिपोर्ट राष्ट्रपति को प्रस्तुत करेगा ।
"4. The Commission shall submit its report to the President as soon as possible but not later than 16th day ofJuly, 2004.
5. आयोग , इस अधिसूचना के पैरा 4 के अधीन राष्ट्रपति को अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने की तारीख से साठ दिन की अवधि के भीतर अपने कार्य कलापों का परिसमापन कर देगा।"
5. The Commission shall wind up its operations within a perind of sixty days from the date of submission of its report to the President under paragraph 4 of this notification . "
